This ongoing body of work explores the garden as a living system, where planting shapes the experience through colour, texture, movement and seasonal change. Across both sites, selective editing, pruning, planting, transplanting and renewal have transformed existing landscapes into layered compositions that feel immersive yet restrained. Simple interventions of crushed granite, timber, cast concrete, tree planting and a meadow establish a quiet framework, allowing grasses, perennials and productive planting to define the character of each space. The result is a landscape that feels guided rather than imposed, where structure emerges through ecology and the garden continues to evolve over time.
